About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the PadiSell website and our waitlist, run by PadiSell (“PadiSell”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or joining the waitlist you agree to them. When PadiSell launches, the product itself will have its own terms, which you'll be asked to accept before you use it.

The waitlist

• Joining is free and you can leave at any time using the link in any of our emails.
• Joining doesn't create a customer account, a purchase or a contract to provide services.
• We may invite people in stages, and we don't promise a launch date, early access, a price or any particular feature.
• Only sign up with an email address you own or are allowed to use.

Previews and examples

Store designs, products, prices and screenshots shown on this site (such as “Àdùnní Indigo”) are illustrative examples. They show what PadiSell is designed to do, not a commitment that the final product will look or work exactly that way.

Using the site fairly

Please don't:

• submit other people's email addresses, fake addresses, or sign-ups by automated means;
• try to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
• use the site for anything unlawful, or to send us spam or harmful content.

We may remove sign-ups or block access that breaks these rules.

Our content and brand

The PadiSell name, logo, design and site content belong to PadiSell or its licensors. You may share links to the site, but please don't copy or reuse our brand or content without permission. Some photographs are used under licence from their owners.

Feedback

We love hearing ideas. If you send us suggestions, you agree we may use them to improve PadiSell without owing you anything for them. We'll never publish your name or message without asking.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided “as is” while PadiSell is in development. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't guarantee it will always be error-free or online.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PadiSell is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or the waitlist. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under Nigerian law, including consumer protection law.

Privacy

How we handle your email address is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms as PadiSell develops. We'll change the date at the top, and if a change is significant we'll let waitlist members know by email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
